Contract Opportunity – Facilities Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead a series of upgrade and improvement projects within an established facility and infrastructure environment.

This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who enjoys working across budgets, logistics, stakeholders, and change management to deliver outcomes within a tight timeframe.

- Hourly rate – flexible for the right person

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of facility and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee logistics and site activities to minimise operational disruption
- Lead change management and transition activities associated with upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and governance requirements
