We are looking for candidates to cover a Hydrotest Supervisor position starting onshore in Saudi Arabia & then Offshore worldwide, with one of our clients
Due to visa restrictions our client could only consider CVs of European Candidates.
- Position: Hydrotest Supervisor
- Project: various offshore
- Location: starting KSA onshore during 6 months training period before moving to offshore
- While onshore 75/21 rotations, 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- Accommodation (urban or camp) provided by the company; transportation, food and various insurances will be provided
- Single Status.
- Start: in April
- While offshore, 56/28 rotations, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Requirements:
- Candidates to have background in mechanical
- diploma, Oil and gas experience.
Job Description:
- Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected
- Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
- Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring personnel
- Assist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings , providing support in the solution of technical problems
- Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
- Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
- Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, higlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
- Measure the progress of the works carried out
- Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
- Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed

SIMOPS PTW Coordinator (4 Vacancies) – Doha, Qatar
Role Overview:
You will coordinate all Permit to Work (PTW) activities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient preparation and execution of work across the asset, maintaining full compliance with corporate and industrial standards.

- Qualifications (Mandatory): HND in Engineering or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all PTW activities, interfacing between Operations and the Performing Party.
- Support PTW/EPTW logistics from planning through execution.
- Lead daily PTW coordination meetings and circulate upcoming work schedules.
- Review permits, ensuring robust risk assessments and conflict identification.
- Conduct spot checks to verify compliance with PTW procedures.
- Track overdue/expired permits and maintain all PTW documentation.
- Coordinate routine PTW audits and act as a focal point for audit requirements.
- Recommend improvements to enhance PTW safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Generate PTW reports, statistics, and non‑compliance summaries.
- Participate in investigations related to PTW‑linked incidents and near misses.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong technical exposure within relevant process areas.
- Hands‑on experience with PTW systems.

We are recruiting for a major wind project in Norway starting 1st March 2026 and running through summer 2026. We currently have 5 Team Leader positions and 4 Assistant Technician roles remaining.

Scope of Work
- Internal blade repairs
- Category 3, 4 and 5 structural repairs
- Working inside blades with reduced standby compared to external blade work
- No rope access required
