4 x Artificial Lift Specialists-offshore Aberdeen

Major Energy Recruitment Ltd are looking for 4 Artificial Lift Specialists for upcoming March mobilisations offshore UK North Sea.

Role Summary
- You will play a key role in supporting the delivery, installation, operation, and optimization of Artificial Lift Systems (ALS), including Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Gas Lift, and related lift technologies.
- You will collaborate with customers, field teams, and engineering groups to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance of artificial lift solutions across the well lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Artificial Lift equipment, including ESP systems, sensors, drives, and surface equipment.
- Perform diagnostics and well performance evaluations to support lift system optimisation.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers and field teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to the client's standards.
- Assist in job planning, risk assessment, and inventory coordination for service activities.
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and communicate job updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support equipment testing and quality assurance in accordance with HSE and compliance requirements.
- Work with engineering and product line teams to recommend system improvements and resolve performance issues.
- Ensure all activities align with HSE guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
