Commission Supervisor (multiple technical disciplines management)

-Company: Top 3 China State-owned Oil Group
-Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE(1 year in city office)
-Work Schedule and Salary: 11 months on / 1 month off (5500~6000 USD per-month + 20% paid leave); NO Family status.
-Contract Type: Contractor

Why This Role?
Lead the commissioning process for all technical disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process, etc.) in a high-profile ADNOC project. Work with a global team, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Lead and manage commissioning for all technical disciplines.
⦁ Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project specifications.
⦁ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
⦁ Prepare and review commissioning procedures and documentation.
⦁ Act as the primary interface between ADNOC, EPC, contractors, and operations.

Qualifications
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
⦁ 10+ years of experience in commissioning and EPC projects, preferably in the Middle East.
⦁ 5+ years team management of multiple technical disciplines experience is nice to have.
⦁ Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
⦁ Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
