Commissioning / Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
URGENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – Commissioning / Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
⦁ Location: Kent
⦁ Start: Immediate – December
⦁ Duration: Until end of April
⦁ Rate: £500–£550 per day (Outside IR35)
⦁ Interviews happening THIS WEEK
⦁ MUST have Right to Work in the UK (all other applicants will not be taken further unfortunately).
I’m supporting a leading project in Kent that urgently requires an experienced Commissioning Maintenance Engineer (mechanically biased) to join the team on a contract basis.
You’ll be responsible for mechanical commissioning, fault finding, maintenance, and ensuring smooth integration on a fast-moving, high-profile project. The client needs someone who can hit the ground running and is available for a December start.
What we’re looking for:
⦁ Strong mechanical commissioning & maintenance background
⦁ Experience on Energy-from-Waste (EfW) plants, power plants, or similar heavy-process facilities is essential
⦁ Immediately available or available at short notice
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a solid contract through to the end of April on a well-funded, technically challenging project.
If you’re interested (or know someone who fits the bill), please DM me ASAP or send your CV across to lpook@astutepeople.co.uk as interviews are being lined up this week.
Let’s get you onboard before Christmas!
