Open Roles We’re Recruiting For

1. Commissioning Technicians (Tech 3 track)
⦁ We want experienced commissioners with strong technical aptitude
⦁ Previous commissioning experience, Vestas turbines only.
⦁ LOTO 2 or LOTO 3 Certification

2. Walkdown / Quality / Site Receiving Technicians
⦁ deal for techs with installation/QA backgrounds:
⦁ Punch list / walkdown expertise
⦁ QA/QC mindset
⦁ Strong understanding of installation standards
⦁ Experience handing over turbines from install → commissioning

Walkdown techs are among the most urgently needed across CPX.

3. Installation Supervisors / Foremen
Looking for top-tier field leaders:
⦁ 7–15 years+ in wind
⦁ Crew & subcontractor management
⦁ Installation oversight
⦁ Strong safety leadership
⦁ Experience with Vestas, GE, Siemens, Nordex (all accepted)
⦁ Hybrid candidates with MCE + Install + Commissioning backgrounds are a huge advantage.

4. Technical Advisors (BOP / Install / Troubleshooting)
If you’re a high-level tech who:
⦁ Can guide BOP contractors
⦁ Understands installation sequencing
⦁ Troubleshoots turbines confidently
⦁ Supports CMs & site teams

These roles are ideal for senior techs wanting stable long-term assignments.

- Eligibility
⦁ Must be legally able to work in the United States
⦁ Strong wind experience required
⦁ GWO/BTT/BST preferred
⦁ Electrical aptitude preferred for commissioning roles
