We are hiring:

1. Construction Manager (1 slot)
- Rotation: 28/28
- Location: Zhanaozen, Mangystau

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities for the gas plant on behalf of the Client and ensure Contractor compliance with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and Contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of construction works.
- Monitor construction progress, report on KPIs, track corrective actions, and support achievement of project objectives within time, cost, and quality targets.

2. Construction Superintendent (2 slots)
- Rotation: 28/28, night shift
- Location: Zhanaozen, Mangystau

Main responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities during night shifts and ensure Contractor compliance with project plans, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Provide daily guidance and operational support to Contractor teams, resolve site issues, and coordinate resources for efficient workflow.
- Support the Construction Manager by reporting on night shift progress, safety observations, and operational issues.

3. HSE Supervisor (2 slots)
- Rotation: 28/28, night shift
- Location: Zhanaozen, Mangystau

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate HSE activities on behalf of the Client and supervise Contractor site activities, providing professional advice on compliance with local regulations, Company and Client HSE standards, and international best practices.
- Promote a strong HSE culture, including risk awareness, worker accountability, and STOP Work Authority principles among all Contractor personnel.
- Support the Construction Manager with all HSE-related information, including incidents, performance data, corrective action tracking, and other relevant HSE reports for safe and environmentally responsible execution of works.
