HIRING – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (MECHANICAL)

⦁ Location: Offshore & Onshore
⦁ Tentative Mobilization: To Be Confirmed
⦁ Salary: AED 25,000 + Benefits
⦁ Work Rotation: 90 Days On / 30 Days Off

ABSOLUTE TECHNICAL SYSTEMS LLP is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead and manage offshore and onshore construction activities for major EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Lead offshore mechanical construction for piping, valves, static & rotating equipment, skids, and structures.
⦁ Plan and execute construction activities in line with project schedules and marine logistics.
⦁ Review and implement lifting plans ensuring compliance with ADNOC and HSE standards.
⦁ Monitor work progress as per IFC drawings, specifications, and applicable international codes.
⦁ Oversee pre-commissioning activities including flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen leak testing, and reinstatement.
⦁ Support mechanical completion, punch list clearance, and system handover.
⦁ Participate in SIMOPS on live platforms and brownfield environments.
⦁ Manage offshore supervisors, maintain site documentation, and drive a strong safety culture.

Qualifications & Experience:
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
⦁ 12–18 years of ADNOC offshore EPC experience is mandatory.
⦁ Strong expertise in heavy lifts, mechanical packages, rotating/static equipment, skids, and complex piping systems.
⦁ Proven experience in method statements, lift studies, risk assessments, and construction reporting tools.
