We are seeking an experienced Construction Rigging Supervisor to join our offshore team for a long‑term project. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant rigging operations across the worksite. If you’re a safety‑focused professional with strong leadership and technical skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements
- Rigger Competence Assessment / Reassessment
- Working at Heights – Unit 2 (or above)
- NSVQ Level 3 Rigging / Moving Engineering Construction Loads
- LOLER Competent Person / TAP 01
- Offshore Survival (minimum HUET for EG)
- Valid Offshore Medical

- Strong safety leadership in offshore environments
- Ability to supervise rigging crews and ensure compliance with all standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Capable of supporting construction activities and safe lifting operations
