Head of Commissioning

- Onshore 70% / Offshore 30%
- Qatar + Karimun, Indonesia
- 36 Month Contract

Job Purpose
- Manage the delivery of all commissioning activities at the fabrication yard by providing oversight, guidance, and accountability to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning works.
- Oversee contractor performance, coordinate with EPC and operations teams, and ensure all systems, documentation, and handover packages meet project requirements for successful transition to onshore and offshore phases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years as Commissioning / Completion management role with overall responsibility for Commissioning preparation & execution.
- Broad and extensive knowledge in project execution, engineering, and operations and managing commissioning of Offshore Facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield Projects) and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS). including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
