Hook-up & Pre-Commissioning Engineer / Offshore
Location: KSA

We are seeking an experienced Hook-up & Pre-Commissioning Engineer to manage and support offshore installation and pre-commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate between construction and project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution, seamless handover, and readiness for commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate offshore hook-up and pre-commissioning activities.
• Interface with construction, marine, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure readiness of manpower, tools, materials, and offshore equipment.
• Support job card approvals, work planning, and offshore scheduling.
• Monitor vessel operations with strict adherence to HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Provide daily/weekly progress updates and reports to project management.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of offshore hook-up & pre-commissioning experience.
• Strong technical, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and coordination capabilities.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Proven experience in multicultural offshore environments.
• Mandatory Offshore Certifications:
BOSIET / FOET
H2S & BA Training
• Aramco-approved certification preferred
• Preferred: Candidates already in KSA or holding a valid KSA Iqama
