Hello Everyone, I am currently sourcing for a Package Manager for one of my major clients on Sellafield. The role is for candidates with a strong mechanical background.

Job Title: Mechanical Package Manager
Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary/Rate: DOE

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to oversee engineering, procurement, and construction work packages on a major nuclear/infrastructure project. You will be responsible for delivering works to agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets while ensuring full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors and oversee mechanical installations, including pressurised rotating equipment.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress (PLOD/PLOW).
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S standards (SMSTS/IOSH).

Requirements:
- Experience in project delivery within nuclear or heavy industrial environments.
- Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management qualification (Degree/HNC or equivalent).
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
