Contract Opportunities – Bradford (COMAH Site) - Outside of IR35

I’m currently recruiting for two experienced contractors to join a major chemical manufacturing site in Bradford. These opportunities are to work on complex brownfield projects at a top-tier COMAH facility, offering long-term potential and meaningful project exposure.

- Mechanical Project Engineer (Piping Focus)

We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Project Engineer with strong experience in piping systems and full project lifecycle delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and working from engineering drawings at the front-end stage
- Managing projects from concept through to completion
- Supervising contractors during installation phases
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and identifying issues early on-site
- Acting as the technical point of contact across disciplines

- Project Manager (Brownfield Projects)

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead upgrade and modification projects across the plant.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering brownfield CAPEX projects safely and efficiently
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Managing timelines, budgets, and risk
- Ensuring compliance within a COMAH-regulated environment
- Driving project performance from initiation to handover

- Location: Bradford (site-based)
- Contract Length: Initial 12 months
- Status: Outside IR35
