- Location: QATAR

SR. QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualification:

--Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognised University, preferably a Mechanical degree. A master’s degree is also preferable.
-Membership of a recognised Professional Institution of relevance is preferable.

Experience:

- Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, including a solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in a similar senior position.
- Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality are desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards relevant to quality.
- Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning.
- Working knowledge of the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.
- Working knowledge of offshore construction, welding & NDE (conventional and non-conventional techniques) is essential.
- Proficient in the English language (both written & spoken).
- Leadership skills to motivate and organise the Project and Contractors' quality & Inspection Teams to achieve a high-performance level.

- Contract Duration: 1-2 Years (Extendable)
- Compensation: Competitive Day Rate + Monthly Living Allowances
