Blade Repair Project – Norway (March 2026 Start)

We are recruiting for a major wind project in Norway starting 1st March 2026 and running through summer 2026. We currently have 5 Team Leader positions and 4 Assistant Technician roles remaining.

Please only apply if you hold a European passport (visa requirement) and can obtain all required GWO certifications before 1st March 2026.

Scope of Work
- Internal blade repairs
- Category 3, 4 and 5 structural repairs
- Working inside blades with reduced standby compared to external blade work
- No rope access required
- Standard GWO certifications mandatory

Project Details
- Location: Norway
- Start Date: 1st March 2026
- Duration: Through summer (potential extension)
- Working Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Conditions: Standard blade repair campaign conditions

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in Category 3, 4 and 5 blade repairs
- Ability to work effectively within structured teams on large-scale projects

Required Certifications:
(All must be valid or completed before mobilisation)
- GWO BST
- GWO ART
- GWO EFA
- GWO LU
- GWO BTT
- GWO Blade Repair
