Training Superintendent ( Mining, Saudi Arabia)

Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Training Superintendent.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily activities of the Training Department, consultants and third-party training providers
• Conducts performance Appraisals that are timely and constructive.

- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organisation, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

Requirements of Role (Academic qualifications and experience, etc.):
- Certification from accredited programs in Human Resources Development is a minimum requirement. Health and safety certification.
- Operational experience with Surface Mining Heavy Mobile Equipment
- A working knowledge of general tasks performed in mining, such as production, maintenance, technical services and safety.
