I'm supporting an international project in Angola looking to appoint an experienced Workshop Coordinator for a site-based operational role.
Despite the title, this is a broader position with involvement across commissioning, start-up, operations, maintenance, and plant handover. It would suit someone who is comfortable in a live operational environment and able to coordinate across technical teams, contractors, vendors, and client-facing project activity.

The role includes:
• supporting pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, and operational activity
• coordinating the different parties involved in delivery
• progress reporting and supporting schedule and budget control
• involvement in safety walkdowns, PSSR activity, risk reviews, and incident investigation support
• supporting plant handover and commissioning dossier preparation
• helping maintain planned maintenance systems and safe operating procedures
• supervising subcontractor performance, materials, personnel logistics, and operational readiness

We're keen to speak with people who have:
• 5+ years in oil and gas
• experience in commissioning, operations, maintenance coordination, start-up, or plant/facility support
• experience in complex operational environments, ideally site-based or overseas
• strong coordination skills and a solid focus on safety, delivery, and operational performance
• good English language skills
