Account Switching
Yes. If you are registered as a Job Seeker and want to access recruiter tools, you can complete the recruiter form and your account will be switched to a Recruiter account.
If you switch back from Recruiter to Job Seeker, this can also be done immediately from your account menu.
If you have previously completed recruiter onboarding, you can switch back to Recruiter mode at any time without completing the form again. If you have never completed recruiter onboarding, you will need to complete the recruiter form before you can access recruiter tools.
Job Seekers
Simply register through the platform and complete your profile details.
No. Creating a job seeker account is free.
Browse available opportunities and apply directly through the job posting.
Yes. Job seekers can upload their CV to improve visibility and access platform features.
Yes. You can update your CV and profile information at any time.
Only in accordance with your account settings and platform permissions.
CV Checker
The CV Checker reviews your CV and provides feedback designed to help strengthen your profile and improve your chances of securing opportunities.
The tool analyses your CV and provides recommendations on areas that may help improve your profile.
No. The tool provides guidance and recommendations. Any updates must be made by the user.
Career Intelligence
Career Intelligence provides insights to help professionals understand potential career pathways, skills gaps, transferable skills, and opportunities within the energy sector.

No. The platform provides insights and recommendations but cannot guarantee employment outcomes.
Project Finder
Project Finder highlights upcoming and active projects across the energy sector to help professionals stay informed about industry developments.
No. Project Finder is an intelligence tool only. It provides information on upcoming projects but does not provide direct application functionality.

Recruiters & Employers
Recruiters can register through the website and select a package that suits their hiring requirements.
Recruiters can create and manage vacancies directly through the recruiter dashboard.
This depends on the package selected and the duration chosen when creating the vacancy.
Candidate unlocks allow recruiters to access additional candidate information within the platform.
You will receive a dashboard notification and email advising that your package limit has been reached and providing upgrade options.
Yes. Recruiters can upgrade their package at any time.
Access to historical candidate data depends on the package selected.
Training Providers
Not yet. The Training & Certification Hub is coming soon. Training providers can register interest to be contacted when listings open.
Course listing is not available yet. When the hub launches, we will confirm how many courses a provider can list. Register interest to hear when that opens.
