User Accounts

Types of Users

Job Seekers

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Agree to provide accurate professional and educational information
• Understand that applications are visible to the job owner and authorised staff; Talent Search is opt-in
• Are responsible for the content they upload (resumes, portfolios, etc.)

Recruiters and Employers

• Must represent a legitimate business or organization
• Agree to post only genuine job opportunities
• Must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Are responsible for managing their job postings and applications
• Must handle candidate information in accordance with privacy laws

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Posting job listings that are not legitimate employment opportunities
• Discriminatory practices in job postings or hiring
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website or user accounts
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting data without permission

Job Postings and Content

All job postings and user-generated content must:

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator of Energy Recruitment Hub and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment and Subscription Terms

Recruiter plans may require payment. Recruiter billing is processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must provide accurate and current billing information
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Energy Recruitment Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes. We are a platform connecting job seekers and employers and are not responsible for the hiring decisions, employment relationships, or employment conditions that result from use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website's content or the content of any websites linked to this website.

• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content or information
• We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of job postings or user profiles
• We do not guarantee successful job placement or hiring outcomes

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease, but provisions that should survive termination (such as ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Indemnification
